Matt Whitaker, President

Matt has over 15 years of financial and operational management experience. Prior to founding Smart Payment Solutions, Matt was the Chief Operating Officer at iFinance. There he worked extensively with ACH software and payments, using both a third party processor and a proprietary program developed by iFinance. Matt’s previous experience also includes working in Financial and Operations management at Capital One Financial, as a management consultant for AT Kearney, a Naval Officer, and a Production Manager at Procter and Gamble. Matt has a MBA with high honors from the University of Chicago and a BSE in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.

John Cramp, President, Solveras Payment Systems, Inc.

John has been on Smart Payment Solutions’ Board of Advisors since 2004. He joined Solveras in 2007 bringing a wealth of senior management experience to the Company. He was most recently a senior officer at Telkonet, a Maryland based publicly traded power line communication company. His previous experience includes eight years as CEO of CardSystems Solutions, Inc., where the company’s portfolio grew under his leadership from 3,000 merchants to more than 100,000 merchants with annual transaction volume exceeding $10 Billion. John has extensive experience in executing growth strategies within the technology and transaction processing industries through organic growth and M&A activities. John maintains dual residence in Potomac, MD and Franklin, TN.

Rob Bomar, Chief Financial Officer

Rob joined Solveras Payment Systems, Inc. in 2004 to oversee all financial and accounting functions, as well as human resources, risk management, underwriting, and treasury operations. Rob was most recently Executive Vice President and CFO at Medibuy, Inc., a supply chain company operating an internet-based exchange in the healthcare industry. Medibuy was merged into the Global Healthcare Exchange (“GHX”) LLC in 2003. Rob has served as a management consultant to numerous companies since the Medibuy-GHX merger, including Digiscript, Inc. and Decision Source, Inc. His career highlights also include three years as CFO of International DiverseFoods, a $120 million multi-facility food manufacturer and distributor as well as 10+ years with Price Waterhouse. His client base at PW included PMT Services, where he led the due diligence and client service teams on more than 20 acquisitions that PMT completed in the payment services sector. Rob resides in Brentwood, TN.
